THE SKYROOM General Rules and Banquet Deposit

Menu   To ensure the availability of chosen items, menus must be finalized no later than four (4) weeks prior to the event. Once finalized, there can be no changes to menu or packages. Also at this time floor plans and table set up will be finalized estimating your final count. There is no guarantee with one entree dinners. If you choose to go with one entree, the amount of confirmed people called in will be the amount of meat proportions prepared.

Food and Beverages  All food and beverages, alcoholic and nonalcoholic, must be purchased through The Skyroom and not allowed to come into The Skyroom, with the exception of special event cakes and/or favors. We do not allow left over food to be taken home.

Guarantee  A guaranteed attendance count is due seven (7) days prior to the event. The guaranteed count will be the minimum used for your event. We have no room charge and no minimum fee for the use of our room with the order of an entree. We book all parties from 50 to 350 people, minimum requirements of people in certain months of the year. Children 0-5 are free and children 6-12 are half off, you are allowed up to a maximum of 10 total discounted. We set for the exact amount of seating you confirm with. If extra seating is needed you will be charged per seat.

Decorations  Our 25 different colored napkins and linen are included with your event. All chair covers and/or chair sashes must be ordered through us directly. We also include the use of our glass candle centerpieces and they can be personalized for your event. We decorate the Head Table and the Cake Table. Here at The Skyroom we do not allow any confetti, sparklers, and/or nothing that will permanently damage our facility. Decorations are allowed, but cannot interrupt the decorations already placed by The Skyroom. These rules are at our discretion and all decorations and favors must be approved by Banquet Director before being placed.

Deposit For Dinner Events Friday- Sunday the deposit is $750.00 Monday through Thursday the deposit is $100.00. The deposit is not refundable. If you cancel your date, you lose your deposit, there are no exceptions.

Liability  Liability for any damage to the premises will be the responsibility of and charged to the sponsoring organization or per-son. The party in charge of the function is responsible for the conduct of all who attend. The Skyroom will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following the event or events. Any extensive damage or cleaning to the property will e billed to the sponsoring organization or person(s) in charge.

Parking All parking at the Skyroom is validated for your guests.

Entertainment Musicians, photographers, DJ’s, limousine, or taxi services, etc. must be booked by the client and will solely be their responsibility. Also if you would like them to eat, then they must be included in your count. All event functions must end by 12:00 midnight and the premises are to be vacated by no later than12:30 a.m.

Payment and Collection Costs The final bill must be payed before the event starts during the week of. Money Order, Visa, Master Card, American Ex-press, Discover, Diners Club, or cash is acceptable. In the event that any amount due to The Skyroom, its agents or employees must be collected through an attorney, then all costs of collection (including any fees) shall be paid by the patron. A late fee of 5% per month will be imposed upon all amounts after each thirty (30) day period

Security It is company policy to have security for all events after 9pm. $100.00 to every hundred and seventy-five people.
