“I love the Skyroom and would recommend it to anyone,” said Pinckney Resident Melissa Vogel. “I had my wedding reception there and I loved the circular setup. None of the guests had a bad seat. Plus, with the dance floor in the middle, all the music stayed in the center and everyone could still talk normally without yelling.”

     "My name is Marge Manor and I was at your facility on Saturday August 29, 2009 for a very nice wedding.  I want to compliment you for a very comfortable evening.  Every aspect of the event that took place was done with such ease, especially when it came to feeding the many many guests that were there. 

     It didn't take long to feed those people the way you had it set up.  I was impressed.  I was also impressed with the taste of the food and the variety.  Especially the chicken breasts.  Those were delicious.  Is there any chance that you could tell me what you did to make them taste that good.  I looked up your menu on the web site and it mentions "Baked Parmesan Chicken Breasts" is that what they were?  Any chance on getting the recipe?  Well anyway I would like to thank you and the staff for a very enjoyable evening.
